Delivery Information

• If your item is in stock we expect to post it to you within 3 working days.
• Items that require adjustment in order to fit correctly, e.g. rings may take up to 3 weeks before we can send them to you. We will advise you of this when confirming your order.
• If an item is not in stock then we will advise you when we expect to post it to you.
• If postage of your item(s) is delayed then we will use the contact details you gave on ordering to inform you of the delay.
• The cost of your order will change the postal service that we use. This ensures that the contents are properly insured by the postal service. All orders require a signature on delivery.
  • Orders up to £50 will be sent through Royal Mail Recorded delivery
  • Orders over £50 will be sent through Royal Mail Special delivery
• All orders are fully insured by the postal service until it is delivered to you, after which point it becomes your responsibility. Any loss or breakages upon arrival must be informed to us as soon as possible so that we can claim compensation and supply you with a replacement.
• We are able to send parcels to countries outside the UK, please email us and we will give you an accurate cost for post & packing and a delivery estimate.
