General Terms
- You must own a credit or debit card to purchase from this site.
- Once your payment has been received we will post it out to the address provided by you during registration.
- If an item you order is out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss delivery when the item comes into stock.
- All prices are quoted in UK pounds and include sales taxes as applicable.
- Under our terms of trade, title to the goods purchased does not pass until payment is received in full.
- Your rights are protected by UK Consumer Law.
Ring Sizing
- If you wish to give the ring as a surprise we suggest you have the ring in a stock size and we will re-size it at a later date for a small charge, when you are able to provide an accurate size.
- We can provide a ring gauge for you to size your finger. Please email us and we will send it in the post to you for a small charge which will be refunded when returned.
- Special commission rings and other items of jewellery are not refundable.
Postage and Packing
- If your item is in stock we expect to post it to you within 3 working days.
- Items that require adjustment in order to fit correctly, e.g. rings may take up to 3 weeks before we can send them to you. We will advise you of this when confirming your order.
- If an item is not in stock then we will advise you when we expect to post it to you.
- If postage of your item(s) is delayed then we will use the contact details you gave on ordering to inform you of the delay.
- The cost of your order will change the postal service that we use. This ensures that the contents are properly insured by the postal service. All orders require a signature on delivery.
- Orders up to £40, Royal Mail Recorded delivery
- Orders over £40, Royal Mail Special delivery
- All orders are fully insured by the postal service until it is delivered to you, after which point it becomes your responsibility. Any loss or breakages upon arrival must be informed to us as soon as possible so that we can claim compensation and supply you with a replacement.
- We are able to send parcels to countries outside the UK, please email us and we will give you an accurate cost for post & packing and a delivery estimate.
Returns Policy
Any product purchased through our website is produced to an extremely high standard and if you are not completely satisfied with the product you may return it to us and we will refund you the full purchase price, less delivery costs.
This guarantee is subject to the following conditions:
- You must contact us within 7 days of the delivery of the product.
- The product must be in the condition it was received by you and not damaged or showing signs of use.
- We insure our product up to the point it is delivered to you. It will be your responsibility to ensure it is returned to us safely.
- Due to hygiene standards we are unable to refund customers for earring purchases unless they are faulty (please see below).
- The item purchased is not a special order
- The ring ordered has not already been re-sized
Product Quality
We want you to be happy with our product, but if it develops a fault within 6 months of purchase then you can return it to us and we will either repair or replace it for you, free of charge.
This guarantee is subject to the following conditions:
- You should contact us to discuss the nature of the complaint. We may be able to resolve the problem over the phone.
- If we confirm that the product is faulty then we will either repair it, replace it or if we are not able to provide a replacement then we will issue you with a credit.
